Terms of use (beta)

1. Service. Strike returns typed answers with probabilities. Outputs are probabilistic and can be wrong. You are responsible for decisions you make with them.
2. Prohibited uses. No decisions about individuals in EU AI Act high-risk areas (employment, credit, education, essential services, law enforcement, migration, justice) without meaningful human review; no practices prohibited by the AI Act; nothing illegal.
3. Your data. You must have a lawful basis for any personal data you send. Do not send special-category data (health, biometrics, etc.).
4. API keys. Keep them secret. We may rate-limit or suspend keys used abusively.
5. Beta. Provided "as is", without SLA. Liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes. We give notice before material changes.
7. Law. French law; courts of Montpellier, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
