Errors

| 401 | authentication_error | Missing or invalid Bearer API key. |
| 402 | payment_required | Billing balance or pay-as-you-go setup required. See error context for topup_url and payg_url. |
| 429 | quota_exceeded | Free daily decision allowance used up. Resets at midnight UTC or add credit / pay-as-you-go. |
| 429 | rate_limited | Requests per second or inflight limit exceeded. Retry after Retry-After seconds. |
| 429 | too_many_requests | Rate limit exceeded. Retry after Retry-After seconds. |
