Strike is in beta. There is no SLA yet.

Email contact@strike-ai.eu. We reply on a best-effort basis, typically within a few business days.
Status
GET https://strike-ai.eu/health reports whether the API and strike-1 are up. HTTP 503 with code model_warming means the model is starting. Retry after the Retry-After header when it is present.
Incidents
If production calls fail and /health is not ok, email contact@strike-ai.eu with the time (UTC), the x-request-id header, and the HTTP status. Do not send API keys or full prompts.
