By default, POST /v1/systemone does not retain request bodies.

When you send options.retain: true, Strike stores a hash plus a pseudonym, not the prompt text. The plan window is 7 days on Free, 30 days on Pay as you go, and 90 days on Enterprise. Delete earlier with DELETE /v1/retention/{request_id} using the same Bearer token.
