API versioning

The public HTTP API version is a date. The current date is 2026-10-12.

Where the date appears

  • GET /health returns api_version.
  • Responses include the header x-strike-api-version.
  • info.version in /openapi.json uses the same date.

What changes with a new date

A new date means a documented change to a request or response field. Adding a field does not change the date. Removing or renaming a field ships under a new date.
